All orders must be prepaid with your order. Random Factors accepts the following payment types:

• Credit Card
• Check (payable to Random Factors)
• Money Order (payable to Random Factors)

There is a $20 charge for returned checks.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

On-Line Ordering

You can place your order with a credit card on our convenient on-line Order Form.

NOTE:

This is NOT a secure form! Although there have been instances of credit card information falling into the wrong hands, these occasions are rare. However, we understand that some people do not want to take that risk, and we take no responsibility if you choose to order with your credit card via e-mail. If you would like to order on-line but not include your credit card information, simply leave those fields blank and be sure to include your phone number and any special instructions. We will phone you for your credit card information.

By Mail:

To order by mail, please print out this page (or you can write out your order on a separate piece of paper). Please PRINT all information, including your name, address, and daytime phone number (in case we have questions about your order). If using your credit card, be sure to include all the required information.

QUANTITY/CLUB DISCOUNTS

On retail orders exceeding $100.00 we will give a 10% discount on all merchandise. For Darwinfish orders of 10 or more, please contact us for discounts. California dealers please enclose your CA resale number.

BACK ORDERS

While we make every effort to be up-to-date with our stock, we may occasionally be out of stock on an item you order. If this happens, the back ordered item(s) will normally be shipped ASAP. At your request, we will cancel your back order, and give you a refund or apply the amount as credit to your next order.

SHIPPING

We ship by U.S.Postal Service First Class Mail except when otherwise requested.

Rates are $1.60 per CD within the USA. Outside USA, contact us for rates. For bulk orders, please contact us.
